By working with Connect Co., you agree that all services are paid in full before work begins. Project time is reserved exclusively for each client, and all payments are non-refundable. Timely communication, approvals, and access to brand materials are required to maintain delivery timelines. Once approved, content is considered final. While Connect Co. provides thoughtful strategy and execution, specific results are not guaranteed. Final deliverables are released upon full payment, and completed work may be featured in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
